Key Background:
My Home Developments has officially launched its latest project, the Latvia Business Hub, in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. The development, valued at EGP 1.3 billion, is poised to become a key business and commercial center within the rapidly growing district.
Monzer Eid, CEO and Founder of My Home Developments, stated that the Latvia Business Hub is part of the company’s broader strategic vision to expand its presence within the New Administrative Capital, where it plans to develop three distinct projects. Eid emphasized the company’s successful track record since its founding in 2008, with notable completed projects in Maadi, Beit El Watan, and Andalus in New Cairo. The Latvia Business Hub, he noted, represents a significant step in the company’s continued growth.
The development spans 2,500 square meters and will offer a combination of commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. The project’s design aims to provide a comprehensive set of services and facilities, making it a competitive choice for businesses and clients. Eid confirmed that My Home Developments has partnered with prominent entities such as Hafez Consultants for architectural design and Accord for project management and operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Mohamed Abu Zeid, Sales Director at My Home Developments, outlined the key features of the Latvia Business Hub, which will include a three-floor commercial area offering restaurants, cafes, shops, and kiosks. The development will also feature a plaza, panoramic elevators, escalators, and interconnected bridges between its two buildings. Separate medical and administrative buildings will provide private entrances, dedicated amenities such as a pharmacy and laboratory, and high-end office spaces with hotel-level services.
The project is set to be delivered in two phases, with a range of flexible payment plans, including options with a 5% down payment and installment terms of up to 10 years. Excavation work is scheduled for mid-2025, with completion expected within four years of the contract signing.
Mohamed Hafez, Director of Hafez Consultants, highlighted the balance between aesthetic appeal and functionality in the project’s design, integrating advanced architectural technologies to meet client needs. Meanwhile, Ahmed Zaki, Co-Founder and General Manager of Accord FM, underscored the importance of early collaboration with the management team to ensure long-term operational success and sustainability. The Latvia Business Hub is set to become a prime business destination in Egypt’s emerging New Administrative Capital.
