Irish data center services provider Servecentric has expanded its lease agreement with co-location data center provider Digital Realty, amounting to €10 million. This six-year deal aims to enhance Servecentric’s footprint in Ireland and bolster its position in global markets like Europe, the US, and India. The expansion will primarily focus on initiatives such as cloud repatriation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), security, and managed service hosting.
“The demand for cloud, co-location and connectivity services is on the rise – and that’s not going to stop any time soon,” said Brian Roe, Servecentric’s CEO.
“This deal means that we can continue delivering the best customer experience and most responsive technical support, while enhancing our offering and enabling us to take on new business,” Mr Roe said.
Data centre technicians are tasked with promptly resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted flow of business data in case of errors. They oversee and manage all network operations and assess machine temperature levels to ensure optimal performance.
